30-day money back. Use it on the worst spot in the house first.
How it works
Twist a refill onto the barrel, point at the spot, and sweep across the area in one light, even pass. The atomiser breaks the liquid into a mist fine enough to settle between the fibres rather than sit on them, carrying live probiotic cultures down toward the backing and the padding. Sweep, don't soak. A light pass carries further than a wet one.

Is it safe around pets and children
No bleach, no ammonia, no added fragrance. The formula is a purified water base with plant-derived surfactants and live probiotic cultures. The problem

You go nose-blind to your own home in about twenty minutes.

That is not a cleaning failure, it is a verification problem. You scoop, you wash, you open a window, and you still cannot tell what somebody smells in the first half step through your front door. The people who can tell you are exactly the people who will not say anything.

Your nose stops reporting a constant smellTheirs has not had the chance to.
Candles and fragrance sprays stack on topThey add a second smell. They do not remove the first one.
The spot you cleaned last month is the spot that came backWhich tells you the clean never reached whatever is causing it.
Before and after on the same patch of carpet
Why it keeps coming back

A trigger bottle wets the surface. The smell is underneath it.

Urine and dirt don't sit on a carpet, they run through it. Through the pile, through the backing, into the padding, and on a bad accident into the boards underneath. A trigger spray puts liquid on the top layer, the top layer dries, and everything that soaked through is still down there waiting for the next warm day.

How Pawdley is different

Goes deeper. Keeps cleaning.

Pawdley is a cordless atomiser, not a sprayer. It turns the formula into a mist fine enough to pass between the fibres rather than land on them, and those droplets carry live probiotic cultures down into the layer a bottle never reaches. Point it. Sweep it. Walk away. It keeps working without you.

Shows you the spotThe built-in blue LED lights up what your eyes miss, so you treat the right place first time.

Refillable, not disposableScrew on a fresh 150ml bottle instead of buying another device.
How to use it

Three steps, about ten seconds.

Fill, aim, sweep
1FillTwist a refill onto the barrel until it seats. No measuring, no diluting.
2AimPoint at the spot. The blue LED shows you where.
3SweepOne light, even pass across the area. Let it dry naturally.
What to expect

What actually happens, and when.

1
The first pass, same day

The surface smell goes with it. The area feels barely damp and dries naturally. If it feels wet, you have overdone it: lighter next time, and it will carry further.

2
Day two to three

This is the part a spray never gets to. The cultures are still working on what soaked through, so the smell that used to creep back on a warm day should be noticeably weaker rather than simply covered.

3
Old or heavy odor, week one to two

Anything that reached the padding or the boards takes more than one treatment. Treat again after 24 hours, then leave it. Expect it to fade rather than vanish overnight, and judge it by whether somebody who doesn't live there notices.

About the blue light

The light is a torch, not a claim.

The LED sits beside the nozzle so you can see what you are pointing at. Dried marks read against the pile in a darkened room, which means you treat the actual spot instead of the general area, and you can go back and check the same patch afterwards.

That is the whole job. It does not sterilise anything and we are not going to tell you it does.

Can be used for

Anywhere odor gets into fabric.

Carpet and rugs are the obvious ones. The reason people end up using it everywhere is that the same problem, something soaked into something soft, is behind most of the smells in a house.

Use cases: dog odor, litter box, car interior, cigarette smoke, trainers and kit, kitchen bins

Thirty days. Start with the worst spot in the house.

Not the easy one. The one you steer people away from. Treat it, give it a few days, then have somebody who does not live there walk in and tell you the truth.

Customer photos of the device in use around the home

I have two cats in a one bedroom and I genuinely could not tell any more. My brother came over last week and I watched his face in the doorway. Nothing. That is the first time in about two years.

Bought it three weeks before my move out inspection and did the whole flat, not just the spots I knew about. Landlord signed off with no odor charge. That alone paid for it several times over.

Danielle R. Verified

This is my fourth product for the same patch by the back door. The difference is it did not come back after four days like the sprays did. I am cautiously impressed.

Priya K. Verified

My old boy has accidents most mornings and I was replacing rugs. Now I hit the spot on the way past and carry on with my day. It has not fixed him, but the house does not smell like a kennel any more.

Bev T. Verified

Bad lower back, so kneeling with a spray bottle was the whole problem. Standing up and sweeping it takes seconds. Wish I had found this two years ago.

Ron D. Verified

Three cats and one hallway cupboard for the boxes. I do the cupboard and the hallway twice a week now and you cannot tell from the front door.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Will it work on a spot that has been there for years?
Partly, and it depends how far it went. If it only ever reached the pile and the backing, one or two passes usually does it. If it soaked into the padding or the boards underneath, treat again after 24 hours and expect it to fade over a week or two rather than vanish overnight.
Will it damage carpet, wool or a dark couch?
Used correctly it leaves the surface barely damp, which is why the instruction is sweep, not soak. On wool, silk, velvet, leather or anything dark or delicate, treat a hidden corner first and let it dry fully before you do the visible area.
Does it smell of anything?
Barely, and deliberately so. There is no added fragrance. You get a faint clean-damp smell while it is drying and then nothing.
Is it safe around cats, dogs and babies?
No bleach, no ammonia and no added fragrance. Keep pets and children off a treated area until it is dry, the same as any wet floor. We do not make antimicrobial or medical claims for it.
What does the blue light actually do?
It shows you the spot. In a darkened room a dried mark reads against the pile, so you can aim at the actual patch and check it again afterwards. It is a work light, not a treatment.
Can I use it in the car, the crate or the litter cupboard?
Yes, and those three are the most common answers when we ask people where they used it second. Anywhere odor has got into something soft: upholstery, mattresses, pet beds, trainers, kit bags, bins.
Do I have to keep buying refills?
You refill the device rather than replace it, which is the point of the bottle threading onto the barrel. How often depends entirely on how much floor you are treating.
